Pausa, Salud - Product design in the service of well-being

Pausa, Salud is a healthcare centre in Valencia focused on physical and emotional well-being. This is a project that let us pause, breathe and design from a softer and more human place. From the very beginning, we knew this website couldn’t just be functional it also had to express calm, trust, and care.
The project was developed in two phases.
In the first phase, we designed a landing page with the essential information about the center and a simple appointment booking system for the different specialists.
In this second phase, we took things further: we created a complete website that includes detailed information about the center, the services offered, a dedicated space to introduce the team of professionals, and a blog designed to share valuable content and build a community around well-being. An integrated booking system was also implemented, allowing users to schedule their sessions easily and directly.
Process
Our goal was to build a user experience that reflects the brand's essence so we created a visual design that uses soft colors, clean layouts, and gentle transitions to evoke a calm atmosphere. Each therapy and service is clearly explained to help visitors find what best suits their needs.
The result of the project is a website that not only reflects the values of Pausa, Salud but also serves as a practical and welcoming entry point for new and returning clients.
As part of the digital branding process, we also developed a distinct and cohesive social media identity. This involved defining a visual style aligned with the brand’s values and tone, including color schemes, typography, iconography, and imagery guidelines tailored for social media platforms.
We created a set of customizable templates to ensure visual consistency in future publications and established a voice and messaging framework to maintain coherence across all types of content.
